In life, not everyone gets a chance to try some adventures when they still have the energy and opportunity. Most people realize or regret there are certain things they should have done when they are at a younger age. 

You only get one chance in this life. Since time cannot be reversed, you should be making the most out of it. Here are 20 things you might regret when you are out of time. 
1. Staying In A Wrong Relationship
Relationships are commitments that involve mutual effort, conversations, adjustments, trials and error. Don't waste your time staying in a relationship with the wrong person. If it doesn't feel right anymore, get out of it. 

2. Not Travelling When You Had The Chance
Traveling when older becomes infinitely harder. You will have a family and obligations to take care of. Your body will be weaker to try some new adventures that needs physical energy. 
The world is a big place and there's so much to see. If you want to travel, don't wait until later.

3. Giving Up Too Easily
When the going gets tough, don't give up easily. Remember that there is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs.  Keep pushing through, you'll never know the rewards could be greater than you expected.

4. Staying In A Dead-end Job
Enjoying your work and having a purpose is important. If you don't love what you do, you will just realize how many years you wasted in an awful job. Do what works for you, but make sure you love it. 

5. Overworking Yourself
Even if you love your job and so passionate about it, that does not mean you should only live with it. Take time to be with family and friends. Take care of your mind, body, and soul. Work is only a part of your life- not your entire life. 



6. Not Spending Enough Time With Loved Ones
You never know what could happen in life. Life is short. Take the opportunity to spend quality time with your loved ones. Make time for them. Make every moment count.

7. Too Much Worrying
Worrying is time-consuming and stressful. It does not fix anything. You cannot control everything. Try accepting things as they are and don't stress yourself unnecessarily. 

8. Not Taking Risks
You will not learn the lessons what life has to offer if you do not take risks. Learn to get out of your comfort zone. Don't miss out on a great opportunity because you are afraid of what might happen. You might never know what you are capable of. 

9. Not Appreciating Your Beauty
We spend too much time worrying about how we look instead of appreciating the things that make us unique. We are all different.  We are all beautiful. 

10. Not Saying "I Love You"
There is no harm in saying this words to your partner, a family member or a friend. Make them feel important to you as you are important to them. You never know what might happen tomorrow, so better say it now. Make sure to say it with your full heart. 



11. Ignoring Your Parent's Advice
We may often ignore what our parents tell us. But the fact remains that most of what our parents try to advise in life turn out to be the reality.  Listen to them, they really do know better.

12. Not Taking Care Of Yourself
You have only one body and you must take care of it.  It's better to live a healthy lifestyle when you are still young. Eat healthy, exercise plenty, get some sleep and drink lots of water. 

13. Holding Grudges 
Holding on to grudges and anger will only hurt you. Re-living your anger and pain is stressful and only consumes your energy. Forgiveness means you are willing to move on and live from a place of love instead of anger. 

14. Caring Too Much About What Others Think
What others think of you is none of your business. Spending your time worrying about what others think is just a waste. The only opinion that matters is yours when it comes to your life and choices.

15. Not Expanding Your Social Network
As the saying goes, "No man is an island." No one is self-self sufficient; everyone relies on others. Having a network can really help you out in life. Getting a job, finding a volunteer opportunity, fundraising, getting useful tips and getting inspired by others is so much easier with a good network. 


16. Spending Too Much On Unnecessary Stuff And Not Saving
You won't be working forever, you will get old and retire. So start saving while you are still young. 

17.Getting Stuck In The Past
People come and go for obvious reasons. They change, you change, circumstances change. Not letting go can turn into constant pressure and sadness. It's good to appreciate what happened and move on.

18. Not Playing With Your Kids Adequately
They will only be kids once, so don't miss out on it. Playing with them creates a special bond between parents and children. 

19. Spending Too Much Time on Gossip And Drama
Drama is a huge waste of time. It can be stressful, draining and painful. Gossip prevents you from focusing on the good things in life. 

20. Not Being Grateful
You should acknowledge the wonderful people around you and appreciate how blessed you are. Take a moment and appreciate all that you have and keep that feeling going.

Paraan Upang Malaman Kung Fresh o Luma Ang Nabiling Itlog At Kung Safe Pang Lutuin!
