After living in a condo for how many years, Kapamilya Actress Bea Alonzo, has now a house she called it her own. It took almost a year to build her dream house sitting on a 900 sqm lot. Bea wanted to have the sophistication of hotels, the coziness of Asian resorts, and glossy finishes. The result of the design is a sophisticated Asian contemporary home.
From the outside, Bea's house looks so grand with its steel gates and electrical wire fences. The stone claddings which looks like stacked wooden cubes adds some texture and elegance to the property.
Her living room has a cowhide area rug which complements the all-white sofa set. She also placed a baby grand piano, a metal sculpture, and a chess set to add some elegance.
The living room has high ceilings and a necklace-type chandelier. It also gives a good view of the garden area.
Before reaching the formal living room, you have to pass through this hallway whose walls are inlaid with mother-of-pearl mosaic tile and lit by a chandelier.
The formal dining area consists of a 10-seater dining table with upholstered chairs tufted with metal details. The area is also lit by a crystal chandelier which complements the lavish table setting.
The kitchen is well equipped with top-of-the-line cooking appliances; a glass-ceramic cooktop, a range hood, a built-in microwave oven. In addition, Bea added an espresso machine, an ice-cream maker, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV.
Located at the ground floor is Bea's home office. It is designed with vintage items like the manual typewriter and phonograph. On the wall are black and white portraits showing different poses of the actress at different stages of her life.
Bea's dressing area is just meant for her clothes. All the shoes and bags are kept in another room. The cabinet in the middle is where she keeps her accessories. She had a quite collection of designer bags and shoes like Prada, Gucci, Tory Burch, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, YSL and Christian Louboutin.
Bea's bedroom is also lit by a chandelier giving it like a princess' type of room. Her queen sized bed is custom-made. She used heavy drapes to prevent the sun from entering her room and disturbing her sleep.
This is the bathroom of the master's bedroom. She has a freestanding bathtub which allows her to indulge in long luxurious baths. Notice that the bathroom has also a chandelier!
She even opted to have a home sauna.
The entertainment area occupies the biggest space on the third floor. According to her, this is the family's favorite spot. It has a huge flat screen TV and an L-shaped lounging sofa.
The backyard is just so inviting and relaxing with a great view of the outdoors and the pool. This area is where most parties and family get together takes place. A waterfall is also placed at the end of the pool, which according to Feng Shui experts, it is lucky to have a water element in your home.
