The 39-year-old actress keeps a "mini garden" inside her home, featuring her very own collection of indoor plants, some of which she even bought from as far as Japan.
On her Instagram account, you'll find her fitness buff planking, weight training, racing and you'll find in her indoor garden fiddling with the philodendrons or checking out a new woven planter.
Every day before she hits the gym, Miles spends a good two hours watering, spraying and removing ants from her plants.
Aubrey created a greenhouse by locating most of her indoor plants by a wall of large windows.
Aside from her favorite philodendron species and fiddlle leaf figs, we spotted selloum, calathea, monstera rhapidophora and a money tree amongst her potted treasures in what she calls her "urban jungle".
Every morning, Aubrey Miles starts her day checking out her plants.
"Before I go to the gym, I wake up at 5:30 am, I'll water, wipe, spray them and check the ants for two hours.
Aubrey is also obsessed with pots, planters and loves to match them with her plant babies. She had a gigantic basket customized for her eight-foot-tall fiddle leaf fig tree and ordered terracotta pots of different sizes.
